I stayed at this hotel with my mother and son. Like the reviews stated, the beds are comfortable and it’s right across from the ferry. But I have to say I would definitely recommend this hotel because we accidentally left my mom‘s passport and over $700 after we checked out and came back the next day and they had it for us. Very thankful for their honesty. My mom struggled with being on the fourth floor as there’s no elevator so if you’re traveling with someone elderly, request a room on the first or second floor.
Honestly amazing. The owner was beyond helpful, housekeeping kept our rooms dry and clean even in the pouring rain, plus you can’t beat the location. 10/10 recommend
For the price , it's great. Right across the street from the ferry. Easy to find food a 7/11 is a very short walk down the street. My room was clean , a/c worked really well. Bathroom was clean , hot water in shower takes a few minutes to get hot but it does. Staff was really kind also. Wifi area on the first floor.
It's a four only because of price and location, if not for that would be a 2 star, staff is friendly though
Across the street from the ferry terminal. No thrills hotel. Cold A/C, close to restaurants and bars. Great owner. Gulf carts for rent. Just wished there was hot water to shower.
Good budget hotel not correct location on Google maps!!! Actually location is across the street from the ferry terminal. So you are in a convenient but noisy location.
Stayed hier with Friends for 3 Nights. The hotel location is right at the port so that’s convenient. The rooms were big sized and clean and had everything we needed. The water was eighter not or cold and the water pressure was always low but friends told us that’s because of the location on Isla Mujeres. Overall the stay was good and a good place to start the day into this fantastic island.
Not the best hotel on Isla but easily the best value. It has a great location -- near public beaches, restaurants and just across the street from the ferry. The evening view from a higher floor is spectacular. But be aware there is no elevator.
